Three-Day Program
According to most personality theories, each personality style has its own preferred modes of psychological functioning and will consistently use those modes in their mental functioning. Each personality style also has both strengths and weaknesses. The more we function within our strengths, the more confident we become, the stronger our sense of reality, and the better equipped we are to make the choices in our lives that create the quality of life we desire.
The Program
This is an intensive hands-on three-day training program for those who want to understand personality styles, to use the Personality Color Indicator© (PCI), and to interpret and present its application in a variety of venues-in the corporate world and other businesses, and in schools, churches, and various other organizations.

- Learn how to use the PCI to conduct group workshops and one-to-one sessions.
- Understand the correlation between personality, behavior, mental functioning, stress and its impact on the physical well being of the body.
- Learn the relationship between the PCI and other personality instruments.
- Be able to facilitate a variety of workshops directed to both personal development and business development.
- Be authorized to purchase and use PCI assessments and materials.
- Be able to purchase a variety of color related products that can be used to create additional profit centers.
